
v2 offer different levels of Location Services to provide virtual through to full physical presence in the UK and Europe.
At the entry level clients may choose to use the v2 Europe UK address and contact numbers with telephone answering during local office hours. Daily call summaries are provided.
At the next level up v2 can provide dedicated address and contact numbers with telephone answering with a specific client greeting. Again daily call summaries are provided - with the option to provide breakdowns to multiple contacts based on enquiry type and intelligently screens out cold, 'nuisance' and non-relevant calls.
As well as call management a follow-up process can be agreed to ensure that information requests, once pre-qualified, are dealt with efficiently - ensuring that information packs (either physical or electronic) are received within 2 days of request, bearing a local postmark. Typically a follow up call is scheduled to ensure receipt of the information sent. Detailed reporting is provided, or if preferred, activity can be entered and tracked via the client's own internal marketing and/or CRM systems.
The follow-up process can equally be applied to UK and European leads generated through the client's corporate website.
