v2 Europe can manage the process of setting up local legal entities reducing the time taken and legal costs associated with remotely creating a Limited Company in the UK. Once the legal entity is established v2 can provide assistance and advice with selecting and setting up bank accounts, corporate governance issues and manage the reporting lifecycle - effectively acting as Company Secretary.

Clients are able to leverage v2's experience and local market knowledge to ensure that contracts provide adequate legal protection without being unduly onerous. Knowledge of local market conditions and rates ensure that clients obtain value for money. When an organisation has reached critical mass and requires local offices v2 can undertake a review of property available in a shortlist of locations and negotiate the best possible terms with suitable exit clauses should requirements change or premises be outgrown.

Finance Services

v2 Europe can also provide local finance services managed by a seasoned CFO on the core v2 team. Typically a chart of accounts and reporting formats are agreed in advance, in line with corporate standards. Once agreed regular flash reports and monthly accounts are prepared, together with cash flow forecasts, aged debtor reports etc.

In addition to basic accounting services (ledgers, VAT, payroll, credit control) v2 can assist organisations in more strategic activity such as forward purchasing of currency to maximise use of working capital and reduce costs. The annual accounting process is handled quickly and efficiently working closely with corporate finance teams.
